Q: Am I allowed to use Guaranteed Signups or Guaranteed Hits to promote The 5K Club?

A. Absolutely NOT and if you use them, you will be canceled immediately! Guaranteed signups and hits are scams. The first things these companies tell you is that the program must free in order for them to provide the signups (This is not a free program, therefore, it will not work). Most of the signups are entered by the Guaranteed Signups companies themselves from lists they keep. These signups will NEVER EVER upgrade to paid members.

Don't waste your time (and ours by overloading and slowing down our server with garbage), money and risk your membership in our program using these crooks! The only guaranteed provided by these services is that you will lose your money!

Q: Your website translation is far from perfect; are you planning to improve it?

A: We wanted to make The 5K Club available to everyone world-wide and have to rely on a software translator linked to GoogleTM. Software translation is still in its relative infancy -- while not perfect, they are readable and understandable. For this reason, we neither takes credit for, nor responsibility for the accuracy of the translations provided.

The people at GoogleTM have been working diligently to provide translation services for many of the world's languages; and they just get better and better at it. While the translation is not perfect by any means, it provides you with an opportunity to recruit members from any part of the world.

Q:  What makes this home-business different from others?

A: We believe in keeping things simple. We have created a business opportunity that's easy to learn, easy to teach and easy to duplicate.  Within a few minutes of reading this website, you can have your 5K Club home-business up-and-running.

Q: What happens if I missed my scheduled membership payment?

• The 5K Club is a paid membership website, but we just don't run it like one. In a paid membership site, if you miss your scheduled membership payment, you are immediately locked out of the system and lose your referrals.

• With the 5K Club, the system is programmed to try again after 3 days. If after 3 days the system is unable to collect your membership payment, then your position will be automatically deactivated. After seven days, your position will be deleted.

• Please make sure that you maintain your AlertPay account up to date and funded as we cannot and will not be held responsible for unpaid accounts being deleted after 7 days.

Q:  Do you permit multiple positions?

A: YES! You can create multiple monthly checks with our Tri-Pack System!

Here's how it works:

1. Join (take one position) under the person who invited you to participate in The 5K Club.

2. As soon as you become active (making your payment), you can take up to 2 additional spots in the matrix, a total of 3 positions.

3. Each position is $13.00 a month - or $39.00 for the Tri-Pack.

4. Your 2 new position MUST be sponsored by your original position. We do NOT allow members to re-enter the matrix under a different sponsor. Failure to follow this policy can get you removed permanently from The 5K Club.  

5. VERY IMPORTANT: Do not purchase a Tri-pack unless you are someone who can personally recruit at least 4 people. Purchasing a tri-pack does not mean that you are going to earn extra money - unless you are a recruiter.

6. For a Tri-pack, you must wait 10 minutes between signups. In other words, if you joined at 11AM, you must wait until 11:10 before entering your second position.

Q: Can I use one e-mail account for all my positions?

A: Yes.

Q:  Do I have to pay for my 5K Club website?

A: No. The moment you enroll in The 5K Club, you will receive a website just like this one at no extra cost to you.

Q:  When I sponsor a new member, would I and the new member get email notifications?

A: Yes. You and your new member will receive e-mails notifications.

Q: Is The 5K Club an International Business?

A: Yes, we are a world-wide business. But unfortunately, we cannot receive payments from the countries listed below.

Q:  Do I have to pay taxes on my earnings?

A: We do not send 1099Misc. It's up to you to declare your earnings to the proper government agency. A good citizen should always pay his/her taxes.

Q:  How much can I earn with The 5K Club?

A: With The 5K Club, your income potential is unlimited. It's up to you and your organization how much money you can make.

Q:  How and when are commissions paid?

A: Commissions are paid monthly via AlertPay until further notice.

• Matrix commissions earned during the current month will be paid on the 10th of the following month. Example: commissions earned during the month of May will be paid on June 10th.

• Commissions under $10.00 will be rolled over to the next month.

• Monthly Accounting Fee of $2.00 deducted from commissions.

A: No, it's not. Company-wide matrix plans are designed for the companies to keep all the money. In a company-wide pay matrix, all distributors are placed left to right one level at a time. Thus, when you sponsor someone in a company-wide plan, they may end up being placed next to you -- instead of under you. 

With The 5K Club every member gets their own 2x10 forced matrix when they join. Your matrix can be filled with help from your upline, your own effort and the effort of your personally sponsored members.  Unlike company-wide matrices, with The 5K Club, all your personally sponsored members will be placed directly under you.

 

Q.  Why do you use a 2 wide pay structure when other companies use 4 wide, 5 wide, etc.?

A. Most professional marketers know that the average person will recruit 2 people or less. A 2 wide pay structure requires less people to fill it.  A wider pay structure may provide a higher payout, but it will take a long time to fill. Some companies have pay structures that are wider than ours. The payouts may look good on paper, but it just a convenient way for these companies to keep your money. The reason we designed our pay plan with a 2x10 pay structure is because we want you to build your business faster, we want to pay you faster .... and we do not want to keep your money!

Q:  Is The 5K Club Staff going to help me build my business?

A: Federal laws do not allow us to guarantee earnings or any minimum time to receive commissions. All companies that have promised that they would build the business for the members, have been closed down by the law in less than a year. We will not make false promises to you because our goal is to be around for the long term.

Q.  Am I required to personally sponsor people to receive commissions?

A. No. There are not sponsorship requirement to be paid on all 10 levels of your personal matrix. However, PLEASE NOTE that this does not imply or guarantee that you will receive any commissions or that your matrix will be filled for you by the company or your sponsor.

if your matrix is filled with helps from your sponsor and any person they place under you, we would pay you the commissions earned even if you did not personally sponsored anyone yourself;  but don't wait for this to happen because it does not happen often. We suggest that you sponsor at least 2 people and help them do the same. This program has already proven to be unbelievably easy to promote.

Q:  Are you guaranteeing Spillover?

A: No. We are not guaranteeing spillover. The pay plan promotes spillover, but it depends on the recruiting skill level of your sponsor and your position in your sponsor's matrix.  If you have a strong sponsor and you are the on the first level of his/her matrix, you may get some members placed under you; but it's more than likely that you will not get any spillover.  Your best bet to succeed in this business is by sponsoring a few people yourself.

Q.  My upline promised me that they will be bringing hundreds of people into The 5K Club and will be placing some of them under me if I join. Can this really happen?

A. You should NOT join The 5K Club based on promises made by your sponsor (please read the question/answer above). If you join The 5K Club based on promises of spillover or income projections made by any member or group and those promises and projections are not supported by the The 5K Club Website, The 5K Club shall not be held responsible for these claims.

 

Any complaints regarding promises or income projections should be addressed to the person or group who made them.

Q:  Would you be adding more products in the future?

A: Yes.  We will be adding other products as they are developed.

Q:  Once I become a member of The 5K Club will I have a website just like this one?

A: Yes, your website will be created instantly after you successfully complete the signup process. The URL will be e-mailed to you and you should also be able to find it in your Members Area.  You can start sending your prospects and associates to your website immediately.
